Every Raindrops jewelry purchase is packaged in a choice of a velvet drawstring pouch or a box made of
kraft chipboard and covered with natural kraft paper.
Put a finishing flair on your gift purchase with a signature-quality gift box made of chipboard and covered with
silver embossed foil. Our distinctive boxes are complemented by green skeleton leaf made from Rubber tree
and silver ribbon. Gift boxing is available for $4.95 per box.
Custom orders and special requests are welcome. Often people don't seem to find exactly what they have in
mind for a particular piece of jewelry. I am always happy to help you with a custom piece you may have
dreamed about but didn't know where to go to have it made. One of my specialties is custom design work so if

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days after receiving the payment.
Standard (USPS First Class Mail) delivery for jewelry items normally takes approximately 4 business days: the
cost is $6.25; three business day delivery (USPS Priority Mail) is $9.00; Express Mail (next day service) is also
available at $19.50. The shipping is free with a $75.00 order for jewelry only. The shipment cost includes
handling fees. Standard USPS Ground shipping for ceramics takes up to 10 days. Standard USPS shipping
and insurance for ceramics are included in retail price. Choose "ceramics shipping option at the check out".
Shipping to Canada and UK by USPS First Class Mail is $9.00 on jewelry. International shipment fee
everywhere else is $12.00. The final shipping price can be adjusted to a low price after the items are shipped.
NOTE: The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more
addresses, the above rates apply for each address.
Sales Tax of 8.5% will be applied to all orders for residents of California.
If for any reason you don't like the jewelry or you expected something different, feel free to return it to us for
an exchange or refund. Email us at: email@example.com before sending the jewelry back and state
the reason you want to return it. This will ensure a prompt and accurate refund. The return must be made
within 14 days after the purchase. Items that are to be returned must be in original shape. If an item has
been damaged, we will not be able to refund your purchase. Please package the item(s) securely. Be sure the
package is taped and labeled clearly and sent insured postage paid. Most jewelry items are one-of-a-kind, for
which we might not be unable to offer replacements or exchanges.
